You get: a prioritized list of what to fix, in what order, with rough effort estimates, and a written argument you can show your team or your board.
You do not get: code we wrote, services we sold, tools we tried to upsell.
how it works
Week 1 · read
Schema, logs, deploy pipeline, incident history, on-call structure. Mostly silent on our side except for clarifying questions.
Week 2 · write
Findings drafted, severity-tiered, evidence-cited, sharpened. One mid-week sync to test our reads against your reality.
End of week 2 · readout
Written deliverable, plus a 90-minute walkthrough call with whoever on your team needs it.
price
$30,000 fixed. Paid 50% at start, 50% at delivery.
Engagements outside this shape (deeper scope, multi-team, regulated industry) are quoted separately, starting at $50,000.
what we need from you
